Naturalness, the key to your true spark
Naturalness enchants without costing anything. Being true to yourself, without striving to appear different or better, simplifies life. There are people who live every day to please others with the only goal to offer the world a perfect image of themselves. For them acting naturally or spontaneously is a no go. “I had to do this or that”; “I would have expected him or her to behave differently”. They are never relaxed, often the artificial modes are dictated by fears and insecurities.
Naturalness it’s not gone, it can be recovered cause we all have it in us. Recall your inner child, say what you want to say in a respectful way, with courtesy and politeness, we are free to say everything we think. The only person that prevents you from living your naturalness is YOU.
