Jung said: “The qualities you don’t express become diseases”. So remember what comes easy to me? A plant doesn’t make an effort to grow, and you don’t have to make an effort to live calm.

Like every living being, plants have an innate knowledge that makes them realize their nature. Of course, we are sometimes full of complications in life, but those complications are deadwood.

So the secret is to go back to being simple.

If we want to live a good life, we must leave room for this knowledge, creating what we are daily without realizing it.

What belongs to us is already happening, whether we acknowledge it or not, and whether we want it or not.

We need patience and no expectations. “Expectations” is such a big word, but what does “no expectations” mean? It means the seed does not know it will be red, white, yellow, or pink: So the process (the basis) starts in the dark.

The real poison for our soul is the obsessive trying to improve oneself repeatedly to expedite the process of adhering to perfection. In wanting to be perfect, we try to resemble a standard. And because every one of us has its uniqueness, we forget to recognize our core and essence.

To make it clear, if you aim to improve your skills at your job and make a career, there is nothing wrong with it. However, this is not how our inner world is structured; do not copy anyone; become your genuine version.

Otherwise, you will get stuck.
