It might be with our inner resources like these fruits on this table. Despite seeing them, we only sometimes help ourselves. Some of them even rot without being eaten because we pass by them on the table.

Inside us is an untouchable oasis of well-being. Whatever challenges we face, we have one task: to remember that mysterious and transformative energies reside within us that have nothing to do with our problems.

We carry solutions within us which have nothing in common with brooding or the desire to do something at all costs. The more desperately we try to solve a problem, the less likely we will succeed.

There is a difference between our heads and our mind regarding timetables. Do we have anything that could help us? Imagination: Our imagination and the power of our images are endless. One is still determining where to lead one, yet they are the essential self-healing medicine. As Gaston Bachelard already quoted:

” The great passions prepare themselves in great reveries. ”

Gaston Bachelard
The poetry of Reverie
