Feeling like you want to explode, but you don’t and use your anger to sting around you with constant provocation and criticism? Don’t, stay fair.

You can twist it and turn it however you want…If you lose your temper quite often, you risk to be avoided, If you hold it for a long time and then you explode, serious damage will occur. If you conceal it and hide it, you become passive and/or aggressive, complaining about everything and a pain in the neck. If you repress it, you risk getting sick, either you feel in the stomach or your skin rebels. Long story short: Anger is a feeling that has its own voice and if you listen to it carefully it’s a NO either to a situation or a NO to someone with the message: I can’t take it anymore! Detach from anger, it’s not YOU angry but anger has come to visit you, so welcome it and offer it space, don’t judge, look at it like you would look at a panoramic view and may be you might discover some new corners.
