About accepting changes, observing, not judging in the case where the fear of the unknown prevails.

Life often forces us to make significant, sometimes even radical changes, and much of what was “us” has disappeared.

We feel catapulted on an unknown planet on which we have no point of reference or support other than, for example, our new work, which is also an “unknown”. Everything is unique, and we don’t know if it will do us any good to adapt and fit into new habits and situations.

We somehow feel lost. Don’t resist the changes and observe. When something new falls on us, it’s fundamental to create an “observational presence” state that does not comment on events and emotions and makes predictions.

If we put in place only our observational presence that does not judge, has no expectations and is open to the new, we will learn that only from silence and emptiness of mind can arise a new creative development of our life. Trust the process, and the landing will be soft!

How can we overcome the sense of disorientation that accompanies us in the early days following a significant change? Schwaller de Lubicz said it once in a beautiful way: “You have to learn to listen. We have to look in silence, without wanting to “see” and to accept the Nothing – that is, everything we do not know – but this nothing is real. The more you protect yourself, the more the new frightens you, and you see dangers everywhere.

Try to look without judging: Unusual things nourish new parts of you, new sprouts that make you always feel young. Cause something is for sure: Change is will come along anyway.
