Why do we cry over spilled milk?

The past is lifeless energy, dead energy, and every time we go there, we die together with the past. And why do we constantly return there? Because we are looking for an excuse to remain cosy in our comfort zone. The thing is that only by eliminating alibis we can grow.

Attributing our failures to events or people from the past is an alibi that frees us from responsibility, but at a high price: Giving up on living our lives.

So, now, ask yourself: Why do you cry over spilled milk? What are you scared of? What would happen if you would live the LIFE you fancy?
