Is anxiety a well know guest to you?

If we are affected by anxiety, the common thought that repeatedly crosses our mind is: I am sure something is wrong with me, the way I am.

Our mind is constantly busy fighting the anxiety to send it away. This battle blurs our minds, and we are in constant conflict with our inner self. But the more we fight stress, the stronger it becomes. ⁠

No matter where we are, on the train, in the office or at home, there is this perpetual feeling of being attacked by something unknown that we cannot control. Anxiety does not announce itself; it comes unexpectedly. ⁠

If you want to calm the anxiety, it is important not to fight it but to treat it as a guest.
